We supply nut in shell (NIS) mainly to the Chinese and other Asian markets.
N.I.S. Nuts are dried to a moisture content between 1.5% – 2 % or higher as per client specification. Nuts are sized to separate below 20mm as per legislation not to export nuts below 20mm in size.

Kernel Styles
Definition of whole kernel: Whole kernels are kernels which are not split or separated into halves, with not more than 25% of the kernel missing provided that the kernel contour is not materially affected by the missing portion.

South African Macadamia products can only be exported with a PPCEB approved quality certificate and is statuary.
